Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy:

All Beaumont Jewelry Collective orders are shipped fully insured, and an adult signature is always required. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date.

For non-U.S (International) shipments, research of and payment for customs/VAT/tarriff fees are the responsibility of the customer. Beaumont Jewelry Collective releases all financial liability related to customs inquiries when the package is picked up by the shipping company.

Return Policy:

Returns must be mailed back to us within 7 business days after you receive the order. All returns must be received by us in pristine condition, in the original box. Beaumont Jewelry Collective is not responsible for shipping costs related to returned parcels.

We will assess all piece(s) to make sure they are in excellent condition before processing the full refund. Pieces that have been scratched, chipped, resized or damaged in any way that was not caused by a structural design issue are not eligible for a refund.

If items are damaged or lost in transit, we must be notified within 7 days of the original estimated delivery date in order to file a claim and accommodate replacement requests.

Store Credit:

Pieces returned after the 7 business days of receipt are eligible for store credit, provided that we determine all pieces are in excellent condition, in the original box(es).

Repair and Resizing Policy:

If one of the items you purchased from us needs a repair or re-sizing, we will assess the request on a case-by-cases basis and let you know if we can accommodate it. (Please note: not all rings can be resized due to their design! Rings that cannot be resized will say so on their product page.)

Please send us your name, order number, and repair request, and we will get in touch with you shortly. Unless the issue is inherent to the design, shipping fees on repaired items are the responsibility of the buyer.
