IN NO EVENT SHALL BJC’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

The provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall survive termination of these Terms.
